How it works 

Hypnosis is obtained through relaxation of the body and mind, a deepening of
relaxation into a trance like state, and altered state of consciousness to let the 
conscious mind slip away and allow the subconscious mind to be more active and
accessed.So your psychological state improves your physical being and likewise your
physical state improves your psychological state. 
Trance resembles sleep but you still have your awareness and you are in control, if you feel uncomfortable or your morals are being compromised you may come out of trance at any time you wish.
In this trance we are more open to suggestions.
